First Time Students

  • Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled class.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class, well-hydrated.

  • Bring a mat, towel, and water (all can be purchased or rented at our studio).

  • Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class.

  • Every Bikram Yoga class is 90 minutes in a heated room 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity. Be prepared to sweat! This is part of the healing process.

  • Please refrain from using perfumes or colognes (due to allergies).

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries prior to the class

  • Pregnant students are welcome (after the 1st trimester only). Please inform your teacher, postures will be modified.
