Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute Hot Yoga practice consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that systematically work every part of your body. Bikram Yoga is for beginners to advanced practitioners, which means it is accessible to everyone regardless of body type, injury or range of motion (ROM). Our Boutique Studio ensures with small class size individual attention, helping students practice the right way, creating a safe sustainable long term practice. We are local, independently/operated Yoga Studio teaching Original Bikram Yoga, supporting our community and overall wellness of Our Students.
